The following terms and conditions apply to registrations for all courses and programmes organised by IHLM. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. When you register for a course or programme you agree to be bound by these terms.
Your registration constitutes an offer to IHLM to attend a course or programme which is accepted by us when we issue a confirmation of registration, whether via email or any other means. IHLM reserves the right to refuse to accept any registration.
Payment for a course or programme must be received in full by IHLM at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to the date the course or programme commences. To take advantage of discounts with an expiry date, registration and payment must be received by that expiry date.
Attendance at any course or programme will only be permitted upon receipt of full payment and entry will be denied unless the registration fee has been paid in full. Upon receipt of payment a confirmation letter and receipt will be sent via email.
For UK-based programme members the registration fee includes Value-Added Tax (VAT) of 20%.
Prices for each course or programme are correct at the time of publication. IHLM reserves the right to change the prices at any time but changes will not affect registrations which have already been confirmed by IHLM.
Should a registered participant be unable to attend, a suitable participant is welcome to replace them at no extra charge.
Cancellations received no less than 14 (fourteen) days before a course or programme is due to commence will receive a full refund, less a 25% administration fee. We regret that, after that date, no refund will be given. Cancellations and substitutions can be made by email to: [email protected].
IHLM reserves the right to change the content, structure, learning outcomes, faculty, dates or venue of a course or programme should unforeseen events arise.
IHLM accepts no liability, beyond fully refunding the registration fee, should a course or programme be cancelled for any reason.
IHLM takes no responsibility whatsoever for the obtaining of any visa or permit required by a delegate to in order to attend a course or programme. Should a delegate be unable to attend a course or programme due to their failure to obtain a visa or the refusal to grant them a visa the provisions set out above shall still apply.
All unauthorised photography and the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information during a course or programme is expressly prohibited.
IHLM reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you submit your registration.
